Anything you would like to know especially around the Cougars game and forth coming Batley game.

Does the slope at Batley have much bearing on the game? Is it better to play up the slope in the first half?

What did he say or change at half time against the Cougars to get such a second half display.

Without letting Batley know too much, will there be any changes to the line up for this weeks encounter with the Dogs.

Should I get a grand final ticket?

Tell him to get the players to try and get the fans involved during the game. Nothing seems to get the fans more fired up than the odd player or 2 signalling to the crowd with a well timed "Come On!!!".

Also do they tell the players to keep off these message boards and does he ever have a sneaky peak or does he just leave it to his assistants?

At the current time I don't think we have any overseas players in our squad.I don't think I can even remember Karl signing one. I think it's good that we have a predominantly British team and also that Karl seems to give young players a fair crack. Is it just coincidence that we don't have an overseas player or if the correct overseas player became available and it would benefit the team would we sign him?

After the successful (in my humble opinion) introduction of Dane and then Robbo into the centre does Karl think that would be something that could have happened in his playing days. Particularly a prop. Would he have made a good centre?

There's a buzz in the Fax team now that was missing earlier in the season, and I wouldn't be so sure that we won't do something at the business end of the season. Bear in mind that we've effectively thrown two games away against Leigh (24-0 up in the first and winning with 10 minutes to go in the second when the Leeds game had really caught up with you). All credit for everything that Leigh have achieved this season so far (including those two games), but there'll be quite a few twists and turns before we finish off!

He answered that one and brought up a few points which we might not have thought of, initial cost, transportation, club housing, work permits, making them quite expensive players.
I remember a director a couple of seasons ago telling me about an Aussie in a club house who was a nightmare, he would even expect the club to replace a light bulb.

Personally, I am optimistic, just booked our "return to France" for the day after the Grand Final.

John I confuse myself at times , its not easy being a Clown , to me its comes natural though .I have said at the moment excluding Leigh of course ,Fax are the current Form team , but you cant afford any slip ups , hopefully we can do you another favour at Donny , but remember if you finish 2nd , what awaits you a trip to the LSV

Its strange Charlie isn't it, 3rd would be better in respect of the Grand Final, but second is better in respect of the money?
To be honest, Charlie i'm not over concerned with having to go to the LSV, we could have beaten you at the Shay and could have beaten you at the LSV, I know could have don't mean much, but as my twin brother Meatloaf said about Leigh v Halifax this season "two out of three ain't bad"

If it's the same format as recent years, then 2nd is far better than 3rd for the Grand Final as well.

Ok, a game against Leigh at the LSV to start, but win that and straight into the final. Lose it, and a 2nd bite of the cherry at home. 3rd through 6th have to battle it out for a chance to play away at 1st or 2nd - any loss and that's it.

If it's the same format as last season, would 2nd not play at home to 3rd first? I'm sure that's how last year's format was played out, with an 8 team play off.

So, in true RL style, 8th place could win the league (theoretically), 9th has finished at the end of the season, and 10th gets relegated!!

Wrong cos in typical RFL ineptitude and bias, Nigel Wood realises his beloved Bulls are going to be relegated and Sky tell him they want London in SL so nobody gets relegated into whatever we're calling our league next season. This gets 10th & 12th a reprieve which then extends to 13th cos the wrong side won Championship 1 so don't get promoted.

11th will obviously be up in arms at the unfairness of not getting a reprieve but the RFL will defend themselves saying "Rules are rules and you finished in a relegation place so go down" whilst most people will realise it's really cos Nigel Wood doesn't like their pies.
