| Personally I think he has been a breath of fresh air in our backline. He doesn't have the pace to go full length but his work rate and offload is quality(as you will know of course)You must have some blummin good wingers over at Fev these days!?

It's a matter of opinion, as I said on another topic, yesterday we played two wingers who either wanted to run as first receiver and go nowhere, or receive the ball on the wing and run into the middle of the pitch.
So in my opinion, humble as it is, it would be no loss.
I await with trepidation!

| I hadn't read Living the Dreams post before I posted, so it just goes to show how we supporters can differ in our opinion of a player. (or a coach or a director) One thing for sure, it's great that we can agree to disagree.

| To be fair he was good at Fev and only went because of the coach who didn't want him The wingers are good at Fev but so is Tommy one is injured and other got Red card so we will see what happens now he has gone One thing is for sure he too good to not be playing so I was glad that a club like Fax took him but I hope he returns

| That's the beauty of sport HJ and being a fan of your own particular team.In our case Fax.It's all about opinions and clearly we all have differing ones!Nothing wrong with that.
If or when he does go back to Fev he will do a job for you no doubt JT.

Felt for him a bit on Sunday, a dozen Worky Gobsh"ts (every club has some) gave him a hard time particularly about his age, couldn't work out why they targeted him? Has he got history up there?

| There's no history with Tommy Saxton at Workington and I stand in the popularside shed and didn't hear anyone giving him a hard time. Every time we kicked to Saxton he caught it cleanly and although he hasn't the pace any more he is still a very good solid player. At least you didn't get beer spilled all over you as I did with your =#FF0000silly folk at Warrington at the Grand Finals!!!! All clubs have them.

Agreed, wasn't trying to suggest your fans are worst than our fans syndrome. However Tommy did get stick as did Steve Tyrer when he was taking his kicks, stand on the 20 mtrs line at the next home game and you will see what i mean.
Again not suggesting anything about that is wrong just wondered why Tommy.
