| Is it me or does Danny Cowling look a better player than Heaton at centre. Looked more accustomed to centre. More awareness and good distribution skills.
I like Heaton nevers lets you down. Maybe he could be utilized at fullback. Just a thought

| Heaton wasn't the quickest to start with and since he's bulked up this close season he looks to me to have lost even more pace. See him as a second rower tbh he's gone down the Patto route of losing your pace to gain some muscle.

| If Sunday was anything to go by Danny looks the part and the more games he gets under his belt will of course only make him better.
I know when he left Wakey I had a look on their forum and they were not very happy about it.
He was on the fringe being loaned out to Donny but when he did start for the Wildcats he had a reputation of being a ferocious tackler.
The hits on Welham and Arundel on Sunday were exocet stuff, you could hear the impact sat in the stand and they were genuinely hurt.
Still young with a lot to learn but he looks the part, very excited about this lad and if Tyrer keeps up his current good form we have two of the best.
I agree with Waddy on Heaton but he has been one of KH shoe in's so it will be interesting to see how soon he gets a recall.

Completely agree. doesn't seem to have the pace to score a long range try but he looks strong and could do a job in the forwards

But Paterson is still playing on the wing.
Wingers don't become second rowers, centres do, Colin Dixon.

Gary Mercer made a pretty decent second rower.

Who?
Do you mean John Entwistle guitarist of the Who?
Apparently he was well known for "speed"
I went to see them on a number of occasions, I always sat in the second row.

| That's maybe why Heaton played on the wing a few weeks ago...
Fieldhouse is the best full back in the league for me, Cowling & Tyrer look solid at centre, Saxton on one wing looks good, manning & Divorty will not be moved from second row as they're class, leaving one wing place.... If I was picking the side they wouldn't be a place for Heaton, unfortunately.

| What's wrong with Potts. One of the fastest guys in the Championship, a prolific try scorer and a class finisher. The 2nd try on Sunday still had to be scored, it didn't exactly sit up for him and I thought he took it superbly!

| I personally would keep picking the existing run on team unless somebody is injured.(Johnston in at scrum half for Brown) Back division looks balanced now. Half backs offer something different and forwards, whilst a little on the light side, will only get better against the bigger packs, as the warmer weather and harder grounds come. Its the bench where we need the strength for me. The better sides have 4 quality impact players. No offence to the likes of Heaton and Casey but I don't think opposition coaches will be too worried about them at the moment. Put Tonks and Robinson in there to come on and they do offer some grunt and go forward.Kay or Mennel in third replacement spot and then ?I have no doubt Leigh will have a strong bench on Sunday!

Adam is injured and wont be available for a few weeks, Luke Ambler left the field limping, but he says he will be fit,
Sunday will be a measure of how good we are, and I think we will prove doubters wrong.
Only my opinion.
And I am often wrong.
