Prior to the present takeover the other bid was refused because the fact that Super League status was a condition was made public.
This takeover was approved because it wasn't.

The RFL stated last year that as a "Flag Ship" club the Bulls could not be allowed to go under which makes the entire licensing process worthless.
As we have said before will they do the same if and when others get into difficulty.
If they do then it will be more of the same as regards the validity and point of licensing, if they don't then it will be sporting discrimination with one rule for one and a different rule for another.
