I have finally accepted that I am not going to be able to change my holiday flights at a cost that is viable.

I am therfore now looking into my options to watch the game somehow in Sharm El Sheik. I arrive on the Saturday night with the game on the Sunday afternoon so don't have a lot of time to trawl round the resort.

1) Has anyone been to Sharm this season and found a pub that shows Premier Sports? I've had a play with Google which hasn't given me anything, and I have emailed a couple of pubs but not had any replies. I emailed Premier Sports to ask them if they knew of any pubs with a subscription and they told me they couldn't tell me due to 'data protection'



2) Premier Sports don't appear to be active on Sky Go? If I take my laptop and find a wifi connection, does anyone know if there is any other way to connect to the Premier Sports channel.

3) I'd thought about buying a slingbox but they are quite pricey and I don't know anything about them. Does anyone know how reliable they are and whether that is a realistic option for me?

If I can't get anything sorted I'll look into what radio channel it might be on and hopefully be able to pick that up via wifi but I really want to see it.

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

I'm sure there will be a few websites out there that will stream premier sports events.
I'm not very up on the matter but I know of one called ustream, but I'm sure that other forum users will know of some for you to check.

I may or may not have watched Dewsbury vs Halifax while in spain via the wonders on WiFi and an iPhone, can't remember the site, got the link off twitter

Your 'advice' has all been saved in a favourites folder in IE and I will trawl through your 'advice' on Thursday evening during the Barrow V's Whitehave game.

Just need to find a pub with a good wifi connection now!
