Our back three of Ashall, Robbo, and Manning are awesome. 3 right signings there.

Cant pick a MOM thought everyone performed well.

think the only time eagles looked like coming back was when penky off the field.

2pts - Manning - Usual brilliant running and always aware, would give him 3pts if I could...
1pt - Ashall - Causing the usual problems for their defence, real live wire!

But a brilliant all-round performance from everyone.

Tough decision this week as everyone was great - but here goes

1 - Penky, any other night his performance would have been a 3 pointer - and probably would have been if he had stayed longer

Amblers defence was outstanding, only conceeded 1 try when him and Gannon were on.

3pts - Penky - took time to get into his stride, but when he was on fire nobody could stop him.

1pt - Ashall - did what was needed 100% for me.

1 - Toughie but I'm gonna plump for Fieldhouse, safe as houses plus his break from our own line was fantastic!

Nevertheless I think that's our best complete team performance since Leigh at the LSV last year.

Very tough to choose and all deserve atleast a point as all were outstanding. I settled for Penky as top as he killed Sheffield in the middle and often invented a try or break. Sheffield hung off him. Manning was killing Sheffield out wide with his pace and power causing many problems and Ashall another very solid performance.

It's a difficult one as there were so many good performances.

3 - Ashall: he's been quality in every game I've seen him play.
2 - Manning: easily one of the best signings this season.
1 - Ambler: excellent up the middle.

Penky would have been in there if he hadn't given away so many penalties. (Before anyone has a go, he wasn't the only one.)

Great performance from halifax i have ust watched it back for something to do

Overall halifax should be excited about this season and the future with all the young talent you have
