Does anyone know what this is all about?

I've heard it's something to do with interaction between the Club and the fans that's coming out soon. It's also being labelled as 'exciting' but that's all the info my person in the know (who doesn't want to be mentioned) is willing to let on.

It's a role swap scheme. Some fans will be offered a month at the club to run it - there's loads on here who know exactly how the club should be run. In return, the directors and some staff will be armed with a keyboard and they will kindly point out where the new "bosses" are going wrong.

To be fair, if they did get the fans to right a paragraph of the SL bid document each it would probably have been better than the actual one we submitted.
