Good signing for Fev. Why would he need to think elsewhere, must be settled in a very consistent team with a good coaching set up?

Almost everything comes off Liam and for 2 seasons he's got us around the park better than any other 7 in our league Bob.
His work rate is phenominal and has few bad games. His re-signing of a new deal along with that of Daryl Powell were the best signings for next season!

Finn is ok but not that impressive. The grand final and rail cup semi he did little and is not a match winner. He doesnt seem to have the qualities of ben black where he can pull something out the bag from nothing and not exactly a speedster who can go through gaps. Personally wouldnt want him from what i have seen. Fev have a few players I would like to see play for Fax but Finn is not one and doubt ever will again

I agree, everything is directed by him, he's always involved. Nothing flashy, just gets the job done. So I have to disagree immensely that he's overrated.

The problem with some of our fans is that if the players not flashy, they think they're no good. Case example - Beswick and Cherryholme!

Finn is an organising half back and is probably the best in the league at that, he seems to be getting better every year and credit has to go to Powell. Would rather have a player like him in my side than a maverick like Black who does something special every once in a while.

Won an award last season and nominated this season for player of year also been in a championship side for two seasons on the trot and some people think he isn't a good player glad he plays for us and not against us

I would love to see Tonks and Grayshon in a Fax shirt but not Finn again. Steady player behind a big pack but found wanting if the pack is being bossed which doesnt often happen at Fev TBH.

Thought we had Thackers and Handy with Bowman as back up so why ON EARTH would we sign Finn?

PLUS Beswick can put in a shift in the halves (assuming he resigns)

And with Finn being a goal kicker we'll have a glut of them including Patters and Handy, and if Jonesy sticks around .... and he's also an half back ...............

Finn is an outstanding player in this division, a great organiser with an excellent rugby brain. Fevs most important player IMO.
