Obviously he would be a good signing as hes a far better player than Jones and better than Branighan was but, and its a big but, its clear to anyone who knows anything that our pack is not up to scratch and we are at the point where we need to bring in 2 big forwards who can make yards and set a platform for our backs.

Paul Cooke hasn't been a quality player since 05/06, he turns 30 next week and has a terrible attitude. Would rather stick with Jones who at least has potential.

Far Far better player than any of the other half backs we have imo, did well when he first went to Wakey played in at and at loose at times too.

he may be a prick but he still has alot of quality and is definatly a game changing player.

Why would we want to sign a player that has been released by 2 of his 3 previous clubs for what goes on off the pitch? Fax don't need that distraction at the moment. We need someone that will slot in on the field and behave impeccably off it. Paul Cooke is not that player
