Leight v Widnes is the Thursday TV game, so i guess ours will be on Saturday 9th April. Over to those who can find cheap travel arrangements...

When did TO13 enter this comp? I'm sure we had a few NL2 conf teams playing instead. Think we played one at home in 2008

The team's travel is paid for by the RFL so 'Fax will have no worries in that regard.


The NL3 (as was) has disbanded AFAIK and I'm not sure it would have been right for any of those to be artificially parachuted in to this stage of the competition. At least Toulouse had to qualify like everyone else, got to give them credit for that.

Yer we talked about that when we were there for the League game it must cost the RFL a fortune to fly clubs to Toulouse and Toulouse over here every other week, say 26 people minimum and a one night hotel stay minimum that must be around £10k per match x 20 league and at least 6 NRC plus 2 CC thats nearly £300K per season (I have heard £400K is the true figure) - ouch!

Plus 2 or maybe all 3 match officials and Match commissioner
