True sean but i just think its a pointless signing. I spoke to quite a few people and apparantly he not the best player. I could be wrong but dont think he will get in our brilliant team

It's all about playing into the RFLs good books! And also maybe giving you first dibs if a good youngster leaves a SL team (I'Anson - Widnes).

Maybe he has been signed for the U23 team and IF he does do well as anybody he is there for the first team as well. We need some experience for the U23. As I understand it it costs us next to nohing with Fairbank anyway. If he does well good. If not then he goes back to Shuddersfield

In DR if you won't play him he'll go back to Hudds as obv SL reserve grade is a better standard then ours (partly due to just bigger squads etc).

definately, Hudds have sent him to us for 1st team rugby not to play for our 23's. Will be a useful addition and expect to see him play more than the likes of Smith.
