| Personally I don't think we would be where we are or have attracted some of the players we have if it had not been for him. He showed a tremendous amount of integrity and honesty by admitting the error and standing aside. For me, he has paid for his mistake 10 times over and should be welcomed back to his old role with open arms.

| I'd like him to be back in his old role obviously. But wasn't there an issue brought up that Hall was on holiday during an important persiod for Fax? Or am I just making stuff up?

| No, you’re quite right, he does like his holidays but I think he outweighs this with the players he attracts.

| I would prefer him to take Holidays during the season instead of the off season when everyone is negotiating and barganing.
He obviously fell on the grenade to protect Calland after the Ostick affair. He is welcome back.

Oh aye, theres no doubt he's done wonderfull things with the club. I just seem to remember people making a big fuss about it all.
However the number of times I've seen new players state one of the reasons they signed was because of Hall is amazing. So i'd be glad to have him back.

| Martin comes across as an honest up front guy who is willing to take the blame for others. He also seems a loyal bloke who puts in 100%. What more could you ask for? He makes mistakes but then who has not. We all make mistakes at work-sometimes expensive ones.Martin Hall and people like him are needed at our club. If they make a mistake so what? As long as they admit it and say sorry I have no problem

| Never met or spoken with Martin Hall but i watched the survival game against York the other night which was before Martin came and with the few exceptions that team and the one we have now are light years apart...enough said!
I know there are other factors to consider but Martin Hall has mostly had a positive impact on our club IMO. Bringing Matt in has had its question marks over the past 3 years and people can say what they feel about him but Matt Calland has won us the GF and our first piece of silverware in over 2 decades which no other coach can boast in our recent history.
I even had hair and a Freddie Mercury moustache the last time we won anything, so i will take being bald and fat and the Co operative Championship trophy.....thanks Martin and Matt.

| The fact that Nash chose to specifically get Hall up on the dj's booth, and have the music stopped just to say what a great guy Hall is, and how much he has done for the club is enough, if the players are behind him, i am too.

| He shouldnt have gone but it was the easiest way for the club to deal with it at the time without having to actually change anything but with it still looking like someone has been punished for it.

| He took a bullet, and is now back in a less official role, probably doing a similar job, but wont get the same flak when he's spending a few weeks here and there in spain,

| he will be a good inclusion to the team - everybody has a part to play going forward.
loved the Bill Arthur commentary when he described the coaching trio as an italian coaching team "all gestures and grimaces" I seem to remember - italian via halifax, widnes and wigan

For once i'm going to have to agree with you
Dylan Nash's reaction on Sunday night speaks or should that be sings volumes.

| I cant believe 3 people have said "No". Perhaps they are from other clubs??
I know people are entitled to their opinions, but Martin has been nothing but good for Halifax and should be fully involved.
