macca not doing much as missed lots of games for several reasons, still to see the best of him and playing as we had hoped.

both past their best and unlikely to be here next season.in hindsight we should have recruited 2 younger forwards to add to what was already an aging pack.

Are you going to pay them out of the 2nd year of their contracts then?

Are you sure they were given 2 year contracts and not 1 year plus an option?

I would be amazed, and indeed would consider it rank stupidity, if they were given 2 year contracts at their ages.

They are doing excellent , Stanley is a penalty machine par excellence , Azuie looks totally uninterested , best signings by a country mile , for the rest of the league

Stan - Been solid, nothing fancy that we were all expecting. Could have signed a player with more potential in my opinion.

Makali - He lacks the Whack when going into tackles and running into the defense, rather someone like Flemming was in the squad or Cherryholme.

Gene has been steady, nothing more nothing less. Aizue has been poor end of. Money not well spent so far..........

Gene has effectively being played out of his usual positions he played at HKR, so we haven't really seen what he can do, the guile & deceptivness from old seems to have gone, and hes nothing more than an half effective ball carrier at 1st receiver.

Azuie has not really lived up to my expectations, though he hasn't had a long run in the side to pick up any form.
I remember him at HKR, an animal going forward, though prone to butterfingers.

there is time for them both to come good, however as has been said many times they are in the twighlight of theor carreers, and need to show there worth.

for whats its worth Stanley has been a massive servant to the game, and its just a pleasure to see him in a fax shirt

stanley is definately 1 year plus an optional year he said that in players lounge after the barrow game
