Not exactly recent news happened at the start of the season.

Helen took a back seat from the start of the season as has been in sports physio a long time. The physio down there now is a ready made replacement as she has been helping at the club for a number of years with Helen as a volunteer and has stepped up since the start of the year and after completing the IMMOFF course.

Helen been with the club a long time and deserves a big thank you for everything.

Very good physio and has been a great servant to Fax. I remember once whan I dislocated my knee and the doc said I would never play again and she said I would-and I have done without the need of any support. She also got me in each day in the Gym under the South Stand when I was only played one or two games for Fax reserves. Top Person. Top Physio. All the best Helen.

She was in my class at school. She's Richard Smith's sister isn't she?

On behalf of all the scholars who've undergone treatment from Helen over the last couple of years I'd like to say a big thank you, they all think your great & thanks from me for being so available to treat the boys when they've needed it. A great asset to Halifax RLFC for a long long time, good luck Helen in wherever the future takes you, you'll be missed.
