It will be interesting to see the turnout on Sunday. Big game, and Barrow are likely to bring a few as they did last season. Hopefully there isn't a sizeable 'revolt' against the team after what happened last week.

But i do think unfortunately there maybe a few boos (aimed at the BOD's and coaching staff). I understand why but we need to keep them until our lads are not on the pitch

We need to cheers and sing our hearts out from the second their feet touch the grass. Lets not wait until we are winning, lets do it from the get go.

Anybody who boos either the directors or the coaching staff wants to take a long hard look at themselves.Sunday`s coaching staff will be volunteers stepping up to cover for someone else who is suspended .Also booing directors who may be there is also well out of order. They are volunteers who pay people to do certain jobs at our club puting in their own time and money ,they have announced an investigation let`s hope the person(s) responsible is held to account. Then hopefully systems put in place to ensure this sort of thing never occurs again.As a fan I want to see everbody persuading every Tom, Dick and Harry to come down to the Shay on Sunday and back our club.

I've been through a number of emotions this week with anger towards the club being foremost. How could this have happened? Who's to blame? Why is it always us? etc etc

Truth is, Halifax RL have not got off to the greatest start this year and this has been compounded by a mistake which could have happened to anyone in the cup (incl SL teams). The club will carry out their investigations and we'll know what they will do differently to ensure it never happens again.

It's time to move on, it's gonna be hard enough for the players anyway who (like us) were probably dreaming of a cup run. Maybe a semi final or at least a bit of exposure in the QF's.

I'll be in the stands cheering the team this weekend and I hope you all will too. Lets all get behind the team and the club. It's not easy being a Halifax fan, if we wanted an easy life we'd have jumped ship like some of our former fans years ago.
