What did make me laugh watching tonight's match on tellie, Tezza O Connor was commenting on a couple of signings Widnes had made, then went off on a tangent commenting on how so many folk couldn't understand why Warrington, despite having so many good players under Cullen, failed to perform on the pitch ... he then seemed to realise what he was saying and Bill The Arthur hurried things on ... yep, that's right, Tezza, got it in one .. Warrington didn't perform under Cullen cos ... errrr ... CULLEN WAS THE COACH!

Am I right? I'm not wrong!

Its not all about who will win - it will be a big game and close. And Im happy that Widnes are bringing so many fans - putting many SL (spit) teams to shame.

But for the widnes club to make such a press release is out of order, and distracting from, not adding to, the spectacle.

Typical whinging scousers. Unable to do anything for themselves and get here in good time and pay at the turnstile as we will all do who are not season ticket holders. Why should our club provide parking for their coaches. We do not have the space for coaches - fact.
As usual the Merseysiders show their characteristic expectation of the world owing them a living and hoping we might accept their DHSS vouchers as payment for their entry into the ground.
No doubt they will be bringing a couple of chips each with them, the ones they have on each shoulder.

Mountain / molehill comes to mind.

1. Halifax do not print tickets for games (unless it has been made a ticket game)
2. Queueing to hand in the ticket, which need to be checked will probably take nearly as long as handing over a £20 note and getting change, so no drama there
3. The parking of the coaches should be arranged by the coach company. It is a sunday and there are many suitable car parks that the coaches can park up in, once dropping off their passengers at the ground.

All in all....... No real drama.

Lets keep the drama on the pitch.

O'Connor was talking about the beginning of the season when the coach was James Lowes.

The team when Cullen took over was obviously McCoramck's - who quite rightly lost his job and now Cullen is slowly changing that team we are looking a better side.

Cullen took Warrington to 4th and 6th in the league, having been a bottom 4 team when he took over.

Widnes fans will be welcome up there with Chemical Ali and his mates.!!!!!

Think most people could achieve that.With the team he started off with they were average SL players and no real star names so not hard to make improvements when you have Johns, Morley, Clarke, Gleeson, Briers, Hicks, Monaghan, Higham etc in your side at the end is it!

And thats the position Cullen looks to be coaching your team into.
