Exactly my point pal. Halifax - with their paultry attendances - have an excuse for being mediocre.
Bradford get much higher attendances (non of them from Bradford - no one in Bradford supports them- they all come from surrounding towns like Keighley, Huddersfield, Batley and Dewsbury) so should be better. Some of their players you've actually heard of so they should be streets ahead of Halifax.

Speaking of fans from smaller towns in the area I guess you'll get the same problems in Halifax?

With so many Greater Manchester teams being in Superleague (Salford, Wigan and Leigh). Plus Rochdale, Oldham and Swinton in the same area.

You are right but RFL can't let the Championships big draw go. It would damage all the smaller clubs like yourselves which wouldn't be fair.

Serious question though. How can you accuse Bradford of being the RFL's darling club?
The RFL have just allowed Bradford to sign Lachlan Burr from Gold Coast Titans this week. If they really cared about the club they'd put them in special measures so they can't continue to sign these players! It's like they want them to go bust again!

What would you guys say if... Green is unveiled within a few days as the successful bidder as the front man for a group of investors. Business as usual at Odsal with no loss of players etc only now with cash to spare and sign new players for the middle eights.

Unfortunately HMRC wouldn't get the Vat back but with Green being the club's biggest creditor the charge would be removed meaning only a 6 point deduction for RFL as most of the debts would effectively have been paid off.

Pretty good that and it would preserve the championship's biggest draw. Which would be great news for all of us.

Stop being pessimistic. I'd bet your mortgage on it - given that Halifax is an ex pit village in greater Manchester it's probably on about 50 quid a month but you get the idea.
