i think that this game being on sky is better for us.

ok some people might not be able to get to the game because of work commitements or other commitements.

the advantage of this is Widnes always give a good go at filling the North stand at the shay.

it always brings out a few supporters who might not turn up on a regular basis.

will the Widnes fans turn up if the games on sky??? i beleive they will, the play off game a couple of years ago was on sky and Widnes still brought enough to fill the stand, there not having a good season but i like to think they like a trip to the shay.

there are different set of circumstances on this game than there were for the play off game. there isnt as much riding on it for Widnes as i think they would be happy with 6th the season they have had.

i think they will bring 600 at the least for this game. we have to show off what attendances can do and what atmosphere can be created if crowds can be generated.

we may be able to push over 3,500 mark again and get a good atmosphere, this is the only game where a big enough away following can make reaching that figure a possibility.

it could be a perfect opportunity for us if we market the game properly and maybe offer free tickets to some school kids.

I bet the North Stand won't be opened.

might put them in the East Stand to try and get that filled for the camera's to see. good thinking TS, never thought of that. it makes so much sence though
