Another pretty good performance. We pretty much dominated for most of the game and that especially after losing Grix very early on. Our game plan for that game was superb and we did exactly what we needed to do and any away win in this league is a good one. Our defence has been very, very good so far this year and if it continues we will be in with a shout of the top 4. That would be a surprise to anyone who had us down for relegation.

Now do you believe us? We weren't blowing smoke when we said we were expecting a loss tonight. Our main danger players are all loanees that were unavailable. Our actual squad is paper thin on both numbers and quality.

I expected Halifax to run riot given most of our loans were recalled and the very young pack we have. Murrell was the stand out player by far, the rest of your team were very average as you say. Good luck, we'll no doubt meet again a couple more times this season.

A much better performance over a longer period last night. Our ball control was much better, defence again impressive(second best in the league at the moment) and game management from Muzza was great-especially in last 10 mins.
Bulls did miss their loanee's but you can only beat what is put in front of you.
Get that discipline sorted out -especially in opposition red zone- and we could have a sniff of top four if other results go for us.

however, i expected the bulls - while lacking in personnel - to be well drilled and play hard for each other. neither of those things were the case last night imo

I wonder that about my team Leigh, we have 'dual registration' deals with Whitehaven & Sheffield, and Lewis Foster is on loan at London. Yet, out of our 29 man squad, only 2 have not played for us so far this season, and our injury list is 'mounting up' like a lot of other clubs also....

p.s. I miss the championship, we now play a 'dour brand of rugby' (5 drives & a kick) and are currently on a 5 game losing run anyway. We rely too much on our forwards, and have been sussed out, might see you in the Middle 8's ???

Excellent performance, we were more disciplined, made good yards in the forwards and apart from Muzzas first kick, our kicking was pretty good.
The score line flattered the Red Hall Bulls.
