The problem with the NRC - every year (apart from last) we treat it with so little respect and end up with egg on our faces.

We did our best last year to get knocked out last year or are you forgetting our performance against Swinton !!!!

This one said we'd lost 2 when it was only half-time though! Might have to trawl through the results and work it out ourselves. 12-10 now - another try and it's academic (apart from the post mortem!!).

Swinton game was first match though (I think?) - we knew we had to win this to be safely through...

I will give you that but it was still a poor performance - although with a weaken team especially in the forwards

The way I read it is that if we'd lost (assuming that the 16-12 scoreline is correct!) then a London Skolars win against Toulouse would have put us out of the comp (it looks like this must have been postponed).
