As daft as this sounds, it's age discrimination.
If an 'older' person applied for the job and didn't get it, then found out that a kid straight out of school had got it, the older person could make an Employment Tribunal claim.
The burden then shifts to Sal (or her real-life alter-ego) to prove that it was not age discrimination. The advert is pretty damning evidence against him / her.
