Looks like she's having to go for a retrial of the murder of Meredith Kircher. Better hold that book deal and movie offer in the wings just in case you go down to a nice Italian jail....or maybe a nice US jail if found guilty and the countries strike a deal for her to serve the sentence in the States.

I am totally confused by this case. My gut feeling is she and he did it but the Italians stuffed it up. I know how someone looks and acts is not evidence but I just feel weird when I see her.
Does someone, have a more thorough understanding off the case and can offer a more thoughtful opinion on her. Merdith Kircher was horribly murdered someone did it.
The Video Ref when you say you know stuff is this hearsay or facts?

Someone did do it BUT the Italian Police and justice system are so incompetent that they make the Ripper Enquiry look like it was done by Sherlock Holmes.
In Italy is so bad that being convicted in an Italian court is not taken very seriously. It is only sfter the second or so appeal that you finally think someones conviction is accepted.
An absolutely SUPERB book detailing how bad the Police and Judiciary in Italy is this one.

He is the same person who arrested the authors of this book and tried to charge them with being serial killers solely on the grounds that because they were writing a book and knew so much about the case that they must be the killers
No matter how much you would suspect a certain person the failings in investigations, poor quality collection of forensic evidence, not following up leads and corruption make it highly unlikely you can get a conviction beyond reasonable doubt( certainly not the standard of proof in the UK).
