I have been e-mailed a PDF copy of a certificate I need to put into the appendix section of a report in MS Word, but cannot work out how to do it. Any clever Word operators out there can explain how.

It's got 'dodgy' written all over this to be honest. You wouldn't be trying to alter/forge a certificate now would you



If so, just try to keep it realistic. Make sure it's a certificate you could have achieved and it's in a location you at least have a basic knowledge of and that the dates fit. So a 2009 'food hygiene level 1 NVQ' at Hull University would be okay, but putting your name on a 1943 nuclear physics diploma from Wisconsin University won't work

Depends which version of word you are using.

Place your cursor on the desired page in the word doc.

On the top menu click "Insert", then click "object" on the pull down menu

This should open a window with a menu, click "Adobe Acrobat Document" then "OK",

find your file in the new window and double click to insert into word.
