I guess the only real question is which two to select from Musgrove, Philbin & Crowther. Crowther in for me certainly - adds extra versatility and never lets anyone down. Philbin or Musgrove? I’d probably just about go for Musgrove, but it’s a close one for me, Philbin was improving…

| For some reason I have voice in my head that is telling me we should try Lindop over Tai. And I'm a big Tai fan for his monster hits.
To be fair, it's the same voice in my head that asks me the following every time I go to an ATM:

I 'liked' FMC's choice by mistake!!
Actually I agree with the 18 and 17, but Vaughan would start for me and maybe Harrison, however both Zane and Luke are playing well at the moment (Zane in particular has stepped up since Vaughans ban).
I'm not worried who Saints have starting or not. This Wire team is good enough to win, but it's Saints so there's always that small nagging doubt. Wire's biggest issue is in their own minds. |

It’s sad to think like this, but if we went down to 12 men early, Crowther’s engine could become an asset, against Philbin who is more effective in shorter bursts.
That said, Philbin could change a game when he is on his best form.

Been a long time since Philbin changed a game for us?
Although Crowther's average gain is pretty low (6.14) he outperforms Philbin in terms of work rate and tackles. He is also not coming back from an injury. |
