Looking for Rugby players of all ages, shapes, size and skill to play in a beach rugby tournament in Bridlington in April/May 2010 Final date TBC.
Mixed teams welcome.
The tournament will be Touch Rugby and we are raising money for the Life For a Kid Foundation (lifeforakid.org).
We are hoping to get supporters represenitive teams from most Professional clubs and each team will be captained by a Former Player from that team.
Squad of 10 required for 7 a Side games if you would like to represent your club and you think you can also get a few friends who support your team to play please PM Me for full details or e-mail me at dean@lifeforakid.org

I've actually got nothing against that part of the UK I had a nice few days touring around the North (Whitby in particularly was lovely) ....but beach rugby in bridlington??
Its not exactly Bondi or Manly is it??? |

we have a few dates in mind and the part of the beach we have is nice not far from the Spa.
If we can get enough interest we may well get some beach babes down we had Keeley Hazell at one of our games.
Will be a one day tournament probably on a saturday initial date was april 4th but we may but it back to may to coincide with end of season tours in amateur, like I say depends on the interest we get would be looking at 8 teams minimum.

Fantastic chippy in Bridlington as well if you do go, [iThe Pride Of Bridlington[/i. Some of the best fish and chips I have ever tasted and certainly better than many other finalists in the Fish & Chip Shop of the Year Awards e.g. Townhead Cafe, Andy's Fish Bar. Worth going just for some of their fish, chips and scraps.
