I was very sad to read that news.

Last time I read about him, he'd gained weight and seemed to be improving.

So sad

He has suffered a long time RIP

Didn't he carry on smoking when diagnosed? RIP Jonny Castle, whatever you do don't google Jonny Castle.

He had terminal pancreatic cancer, if he carried on smoking so what it wouldn't have made a difference... the poor bloke was dying so shouldn't you enjoy your vices in life while you can?

Damn right!

He was also still working during the cancer and was also refusing painkillers as he thought it would give his "Beast" character Charles Barker more edge. Amazing bloke.

Keith Floyd also died last night of a heart attack (strangely enough whilst a documentary about what he was up to these days was airing on C4).

He introduced the concept of modern TV cookery and celebrity chefs and his heroic intake of red wine always raised a smile.

Therefore, I'd also like to raise a glass to Keith.

Watched that documentary last night, was really interesting. I was quite shocked by his appearance, he looked really ill. I didn't think it would be long before he went, but what a spooky coincidence that the documentary was shown on the day of his death, unless someone already knew, but it's only been in the news today.

Dunno, but I've just checked and Davina McCall is on tonight, so from your theory, fingers crossed.
