Well, a bizarre series of trolling from Bootlace - maybe that explains some of the problems at Fax v Fev games over the last couple of years. Anyway, back on topic.
The shame about the 1st half was that we seemed to defend pretty well but gave away some really soft tries. Knoza's try on the stroke of half time was absolutely vital. Great comebacks in the 2nd half turned it into a cracking game and proved we can mix it with the best. Makes the loss at Halifax all the more galling.
Posting this after the rest of the weekends results; it looks like 4th is the best we can hope for and that's relying on Fax to beat Batley & deny them a loser's bonus point depending on points difference.
Looking forward to the last regular game at Dews - we tend to take our best following there. Here's hoping.
Quote="griff1998"So - let's get this right ...... Someone mentioned to you who I was and, although you hadn't got an axe to grind of any sort, you decided to post it on the internet for no real reason at all.
Anybody believe that ?
I wouldn't make such a big issue out of it if you weren't a mod. I expect higher standards from people in office as opposed to the general masses.
