I can count the times i've expected us to lose on one hand, but on top of my previous moan a couple of other players are playing like they've been tapped up by other clubs. So:-

Eagles 18 - Batley 40

Hope Battye, Hanson and Sam Scott are all playing because they are fantastic players. Connor Scott looks full of promise too and it's about time somebody took a backseat and allowed him to show his mettle over 50-60 minutes. I hope this Tom Ashton gets thrown in as well in place of Mills. Hopefully Woodcock will be at his best too. I'll keep praying because third place is still up for grabs.

Oh and please don't play Dane at 6, he's a loose forward or centre.

Incidentally, has anyone else noticed that the number of times the touch judges can't agree on a kick is increasing? It's quite common now whereas it used to be virtually unknown.

Yes ive noticed. Three this season, I'd never seen it before this year.
