| If any fans are coming to Huddersfield this coming Sunday for the match, here is something worth considering. Visit the Rugby League Heritage Centre, the very place where the Northern Union was born in August 1895. It is located in the basement of the George Hotel, right next to the main railway station and will be open from 11 onwards.
In there you will find a rare collection of rugby league history and memorabilia: century old digitised photographs, shirts, boots, trophys, programmes, newspaper cuttings and other items of interest. There are also four plasma TV screens showing matches from long ago both in this country and from Australia.
On sale there are a number of recently published rugby league books, novels and magazines.
If you call in on Saturday between 11 and 4 Sam Morton the manager will be there. On Sunday you can meet Simon Foster, the son of the absolute legend Trevor Foster who played for Newport and Wales before signing for Bradford Northern in 1938.
Admission to the museum is FREE and there is enough to keep you there for at least an hour.

| If this isn't too late and you have already set off, the gas club is just about a quarter of a mile away from the stadium.
£2 to park, and very cheep drink inside.
On Gasworks street just to the southwest of the stadium.

| It's a cracking little museum too, and if it helps, only a stones throw from the station.

| Went there yesterday and really enjoyed it, must say the guy who was there (Trevor Fosters son) was really friendly and welcoming.
