How are Big Phil and Luke Swain getting on over in France? Had a lot of time for both of them at Salford. I dare say we'd love to see Swainy back for his defensive efforts especially as his replacement (Bailey) looks likely to miss the season!

Both doing ok though big Phil was really missing Manchester (City) & his family - since his family came over he has settled in better and his family are happier and a team mate reckons he is considering a further season at FCL

Lezignan through to final with a 25-24 win over Pia. A game of 2 halves with Lezignan racing out to a 24-0 lead at the break & then Pia storming back in the 2nd half & could've snatched victory with a late try ruled out by a knock on in the in goal!

That's saved a whole heap of issues for the RFL and FFRXIII.

correct phil,watched the first half of the game a nd asumed FCL would cruise to victory with some fluid rugby and superb kicking by Nathan - we then dashed down the motorway to see the second half of the Catalas game which was a cracker ! one of the journos told me the final score at FCL and I couldn't believe it !
Called Nathan this morning and asked what happened ? he reckons they has a serious injury to a key player which meant the coach having to completely change the formation which lead to the Pia fightback...
