Having seen the replay I think I was unfair to Gigot and that 8 is fairer .His strutting annoys me,but it was not relevant on Saturday

I reckon that 40-20 swung it to Gigot. That was huge moment in the game. On the day, I really wasn't sure who I'd have nominated. McIlorum probably, maybe Tierney.

Whatever, for Turnstile Tony to morph into Champagne Tony in the space of eight years has been remarkable. Going out to Australia was a great thing to do and he came back a far better player.

I suspect that they were always going to choose a French player if we won.
