I don't think he should, there needs to be as much seperation between Catalans and the national side as possible IMO.

I'd say coaches of Catalans/FCL should be in the picture, as well as possibly John Kear.
No, not a full-time job. I think one of the French-based coaches, with Kear paid to advise and a couple assistants is the way forward.
