Warrington were woeful but fair play to the Giants, they came out all guns blazing.
Did you really expect Wigan to win by so many? Apart from a few brain explosions I thought Wigan were very impressive.

I did.

Ten or twelve start depending on your bookmaker and they don't often get it wrong. Like I said, superb result.

Hudds blew them away in the first half. Wire's completion rate was awful - kept putting themselves under pressure and Hudds were more than good enough to take advantage. There's a contender for Jason Croker's worst ever Super League drop goal crown from Danny Brough as well.

Another corking weekend in the playoffs.

I saw bits of the Saints/Giants match but spent most of the time trying to explaing the rules to my father-in-law (as we were at his house) and pointing out where we stood on that warm Friday night in July.

The Leeds/Wigan match was pretty good as well.

I used to quite like Leeds, but I have to say this season their constant moaning has got on my nerves. After the Sam Tomkins holding Sinfield down penalty debacle it made me laugh to see one of their players try the same thing on a Wigan tackler.

The way the Warriors defended when Leeds did get up a head of steam was really impressive (when viewed against some of our defending this season !), and I can't wait for the final.
