I rushed around doing my chores and then the good lady and I settled down to watch the match.

First half wasn't too bad and Dragons battled well I thought (remembering I am a newbie!). I don't think the refs decision (being discussed in the thread on "Virtual Terrace"icon_wink.gif affected the game that much but they would have made a difference.

I think Thaler's decisions were spot on or thereabouts. I think his communication was suspect, on both contested ball-steals and also the time he called play-on, then penalised us for tackling.

We weren't going to win the game though, we needed our etrangers to raise their game and they didn't. Losing Elima didn't help.
