Frankly, I find it hard to decipher anything you've written, so wouldn't have a clue if you'd made any proposals on promoting the game. All I see is that you want French people to be able to watch State of Origin, which they already can, or you're suggesting a French version of Origin, which would not fly without far greater playing depth or without a traditional rivalry that could be found between areas where the game is strong.
