Good result the West Bank.

I dont think there is much of a a massive gap with the div 1, 2 & top half div 3 sides.

In pre season season we ran Ince Rose bridge conference side close in a friendly. Just shows that Div 3 has some good, good sides.

I think your biggest worry will be keeping some of your better players, especially if some of you men went onto Simmy's etc radars, and also lads wanting a crack at higher level rugby.

But you men have the makings of competing at a higher level down there which is what we will be building for next year. We will be having a real good crack at getting up next season.

Saddleworth are supposed to be playing Spring View. Don't know what the reason for not playing this eek is, but they are our next fixture so that could make our season fizzle out.

God, I can't wait for this season to be over.

the reason spring view are not playing saddleworth is because saddleworth conceeded the fixture last week and nwc have made a booboo.

Cowies we wont be losing any players mate such a tight group up here no one wants to leave.

Fair play to you all....You will back down this end next season a fair few times playing Orrell St James, St Pats, St Judes & Ince Rose Bridges Ateams looking at how div 2 will end up.

yeah we also have four widnes sides going be there aswell and if the albert out of div 1 come down that will be 5. but i think we could push for the promotion next season aswell but i would like to come and visit you lot in lancashire cup next season or something. if you dont getpromoted that is remember 4 went up last season. and with 1 team dropping out of the prem 3 are going to have to go up out the first so it might create a knock on effect all the way down.

We have a tough trip on sat to haresfinch so thats what were concentrating on 1st.

Hindpool 34-14 Langworthy

Quite possibly the worst game I have ever been involved in. Game never got going with both sides making plenty of errors. Credit to Langworthy who turned up in numbers even though there was nothing to play for except pride. Looked like they were intent on enjoying themselves on the way home.

haresfinch 8-47 west bank. we were top today forced plenty of errors out of haresfinch who looked like they didnt want to know.
Brawl started with 5 minutes to go and haresfinch spectators run on got banged and run off. haresfinch claimed they were nothing to do with club and they were moss bank players even though the big fatty (who tried to run on but wasnt there in time because he couldnt move the lard around his waist) played in the game at our place. they must think we were stupid and soft.
couldnt beat us in rugby and didnt even get near us in the scrap, one word FAGGOTS.

Dalton 39 Heysham 18. 4 point match.

This makes sure we finish 3rd and finish the season with a 100% home record. Just have hindpool away to play now. How many go up and down we dont know so it will be a summer of waiting to find out for us.

That's somewhat disrespectful to Moss Bank if that's true.

well personally i dont think they was moss bank players it was finch players after the game saying it was.
we play moss bank saturday so we find out. but one of the spectators that got involved played against us early on in the season for haresfinch so i think they were trying to dodge a report from the referee.

before i forget mr p smith was our referee on sat and was pretty good.
we play moss bank saturday in the paper it down as us being away but as they conceded they come to us and we could have the title wrapped up then. woolston with no fixture again. spring should win comfortably against hindpool

what a team of pussy's(moss bank).... why play alll year, with the exception of a few games and give one of the biggest games of the season up..... well in west bank you wanted it more than us woolston,,, and your guys probably trained week in week out. another thing is what is going on with these fixtures, are north west counties run by idiots... we couldf of played last week this week as teams we need to play have had free fixtures....
it will be interesting who come up.., but look forward to next season in div 2...
wounder if moss bank reformed next season they'd be put in the bottom league or stay in div 3.... who's knows with the cranks that run nwc....

Congratulations to West Bank as Champions. Woolston play Saddleworth at home on the 24th and then Spring View on 1st May. Silly that we had to play Easter Saturday but then have two weeks free. And they keep asking why players drop out of the game...!

well we had 20+ train most weeks 2 games in the season we turned up with 13 players(dalton and hindpool.) so we nearly blew. respect to woolston as they are a decent side side and see you next season. would of liked to play saturday and finished in style but different type of style is required this week.

Moss Bank Surely cannot get away with it again....in my opinion should not have been in Div 3 this season anyway.

yeah cowies but niether did we as they finished above us. but it was the league who put us up so wasnt our fault. we just recruited well worked hard after a poor season the year before and i think we proved a point still think 3 are going up but anyway who knows what NWC will decide.

Sorry mate, your missing my point.....Moss Bank gave a couple of games last season aswell and still got promotion.

ok mate, but we conceded 1 game aswell to bamber bridge with having such a young squad that day we struggled for transport. but thats last year. they have dropped out of the league and if they reform it wil be from division 5 or 6 and deservedly so. i dont see how they can play the likes of you men and woolston and not bother playing us once.
