Still shaping up to be a great league,apart from a slip up at haresfinch pretty happy with our start,every game has been really competitive where the result could have gone either way

Yeh Pal it was....nearly four weeks now and its healed up well, hoping to be back playing in next couple of weeks. When u have only missed a couple of games in the last four years, missing two on the spin has been a killler....lads have shaped well though and we finally have 20+ players to select from!!

I went 5 years where I missed one or two games, then broke my leg and Didn't play for 9 months,third game back I then dislocated my jaw and now I currently have a torn rotator cuff with another 12 weeks of physio ahead
Thinking I may be getting too old for it now!!!

Awful conditions our D was immense, once again able to field a strong 17 and its making.a.difference.

Haresfinch next week, renewing a rivalry from the last 3 years, always tough!

Good performance considering the conditions, conceded a try to an interception of a deflected pass.

The score however does not reflect the effort that the Panthers put in, we took our chances and scored some tries through some good individual efforts, but they never gave in and were running and tackling as hard in the last minute as they did all game. Great attitude and effort shown in defeat.

Played 65 mins with 12 men. A good effort and a lot of pride on show.

Another good win for us yesterday. Gifted the 2 Mayfield tries but was happy with the result.

Got a possible midweek fixture which we've only just found out about as no one from SV has been in touch to ask are we ok.

We hammered Judes who were a completely different side to when we played them early in the season, one of their coaching staff said the 1sts had took 8 of their better players from previous weeks.

It was still a good team performance from us though and the winning run continues.

2 big away games coming for us on the bounce now, Latchford then HFH.

We informed the league as per instruction before the season started that we required next weekend as a free week as it is one of the lads stag dos....the NWML website reflects that this was a midweek fixture and has done for a while.

It is the leagues responsibility to communicate this to you mate.

Home team Secretary has to make contact with the opposing team before the game, I had to ring yours to find out as David Lowe wasn't sure if it was a typo or not.
