sure ive missed loads but ive played a few games with the cobras 2nds so i aint seen all games????

Hindleys number 9 i remember ripping us to bits last season. For Rochdale the samoan second rower tore us apart too, iv not seen many of division 4 teams play, but those two have to be up there!

Can't think of anyone who's really stood out in Div 6 apart from Simms cross number 6 who scored 5 tries against us first game of the season Oh and the number 10 for Widnes West bank had a strong against us the other week.

Iv been watching may teams this year these are my opinion of the best:

Premier : bank quay number 6 & 9 Both brilliant
Division 1: clcok face number 7, great hands and vision.
Division 2: West Bank Number 13 brilliant tackler and finds gaps
Division 3: No one really stood out for me.
Division 4: Hindley number 13 and 9 brilliant just rip teams appart
Division 5: No one really stood out for me also
Division 6: Blackbrooks small number 7 great hands, superb step and fast. best in the division

Simon Dawson & Kevin Green - played a few reserve games with them last season when they were at Dewsbury Reserves and against them when i moved to York.
Allan Whittle - Illingworth - Strong running small

Trevor West - Outstanding play... really hard hitter and always the of attention on the pitch

Johnathon O’Donovan & Roy Whitehead - helped Whitworth out-power most teams in the league this season

Number 7 - good team player.

West bank 13 is a good as any in the league.. i would like to think our full back is up there as 1 of the best but what does everyone else think?

You full back is one of the better players I have played against this season.
Woolston's big centre (well, i say big, they are all big lads)
Plus add to that half of the West Bank side, St Pats had a decent side out when we played them (prob some 1st teamers!!) and Anton Garcia aka elbows is still a decent player for Div 2.#

Our best player this season has been our hooker Gary Richardson, he's a wily veteran but is still a top player.

Few decent players Ive faced this season....Ulverstons 13, Langworthys 6, Thought Burtonwoods 8 was a massive influence on there team, Can't really pick any Irlams lads out, thinks its coz they were all mahooooosive!...gotta give big reps to a few of our lads, won't point them out as we have a few important games coming up and don't want you lot pickin em out!!



In terms of other sides we've faced, Hindleys big centre and 13 are excellent players, as is Matty Lowe for St Cuthberts, in my opinion not only the best prop, but the best players in NWC.

Thought the big woolston centre you were talking about was me then but I didn't play against Farnworth (doh!!).
Ive never heard the woolston team called big before either!! I've always thought we lacked a bit of size. This league is full of good players, off the top of my head I think there's a couple of red headed lads for Dalton who are both strong, we played a young centre for judes who was decent too, tall lad.
I'm sure there's lads in all teams that go unnoticed unless you watch them week in week out, there's a few lads at woolston who go forward all day but never seem to get the accolades.
