That was a step back in time for me. Just like the old days I miss so bloody much. What an atmos. What a game. We had a go and got stuck in, in what you rightly described as a proper old style blood n snot game of rugby. I noted at the hooter that although our lads had completely ran out of fuel and even the walk back to the changing room looked a step too far for some of them, playing a game of that style on a pitch like that completely drained them too.
Nothing but positives for me last night. Great to see the Wigan fans turning out to support their team against championship opposition.
Really well done last night Fev, stayed and clapped your players off the field they were a credit and hope we see you in Super League next time....best of luck for the rest of the season...
