Not sure about that, squad looks weaker at the moment and think it will be at the start of the season, although expect you to make a few key signings for the middle 8's and have potential to have a scronger side for the middle 8's than last year.

You're getting close to my first choice team. Cockayne at FB, Wardill on wing, Quinlan in the halves for Kebabdul and Clarkson on bench for Lawler. Rest as per yours.

If kelly is at his best most SL sides would have him, we get him for nothing on nowhere near he got off you & hardly played, mugged you right off, but you've got a great striking back row with turn style centres. Fat half backs & west Yorkshires rejects.

kelly is a gamble but worst case scenario is we fall back on the half back pairing that won us the cup and steered us to 3rd place last season. Hardly a disaster

Sounds like kebabdul is a done deal as he allegedly trained with us today. Maybe Ellis & him with Marsh at full back, but I'm still expecting Quinlan to rock up soon.

It's a decent looking championship squad but lacking in experience a bit. ellis isn't really a SL quality half so if your only options for now are him, abdul and marsh then you will definitely need a better half back for the middle 8's.

100 Super League appearances and several man of the match performances in the last 5 seasons would suggest you're wrong about Ellis, Jake.
