| FWIW, I hope rovers pull through, because however much I am black and white through and through the derby game is special and somis the rivalry.
I do think a few need to have a deeper look at the position. I have read on here that Hudgel and Crossland cannot be expected to put money in year on year, to which I would whole hearted lay agree. But please remember its these two, mainly Hudgel who has left rovers in this position. If there is a white knight out there you can bet your bottom dollar that Hudgel will get his coin back.
It does appear that a few on here want to give the appearance of being in the know about something on the horizon in a few weeks but are unwilling to share. Time will tell. Lets hope for rovers sake it's not another tony Larvin.

| The simple fact of the matter is the fact is that our ground is not fit for purpose and has restricted the club's growth because of it's poor facilities and that is because of what happened when Colin Hutton was Chairman of the club whether anyone likes it or not.
If the club had have had say a quality 14K stadium in a more central location such as Craven Street then I've no doubt that we'd be a top club. But we aren't so we're not.
All we are is an iconic name with a bunch of amazing fans but our "state of the art facility" has and is still destroying the club.

I don't deny a dignified exit, Hudge & co have bankrolled you for a lot, if the 500k a year loss is to be believed then its maybe heading towards 4/5 million of there own money they have given the club.
Even as a Hull fan they have to be respected for that.

| The real surprise is that Hudgell & Crossland let their hearts rule their heads for yet another season of underwriting losses. They had signaled their intention/inability not to do so for 2013 and we were prepared to live with it (weren't we?) but hey presto Neil defiantly pronounced we were within £100k of the cap.
Personally I was shocked with disbelief by that statement. After all the 'can't go round again' stuff, 'may have to go back to go forward and trust in youth'.........suddenly we were back near maximum cap and paying transfer fees.
I got a bit confused at that point. I was ready for austerity, ready for the fight, ready to stick 2 fingers up to over spending rivals. We'd been primed, we understood.
Along came signings of 'potential' like your Brown's, Walkers, Caro's, Eden's, etc......what a laugh if they end up better than their expensive predecessors.....ha ha ha!........hang on though..what's that you say, we're STILL up near the top end of the salary cap?
Hudgell & Crossland have single handedly kept Rovers afloat and every single Rovers fan should be grateful. I certainly am. Ideally it would be good for them to step aside now that their fires have burnt out but I trust they will not do so until a suitable alternative appears.
I don't think for a minute they will do ......even if it means presiding over a £1.2m salary Hull KR which is what they should have done this year already.

I was refering to Zod's hope of a 14,000 stadium and your crowds are down like most clubs. You only got 6,400 for the Cas game.

Was the assertion on being at virtually full cap made during the season pass window?
The new regime coming into play next season is intriguing, because the range of possibilities is so wide. A question on the Allam £1m loan too. Hudgell said quite recently I think that Rovers were going to pay it all back. To hand over the club debt free would therefore need either conversion of the loan to a gift by the Allams, or for Hudgell and Crossland to repay it personally?

I don't know the ins and out of the rovers accounts, but the input of Hudgel and Crossland are highly likely to be in the form of loans which would be repayable by the company (and therefore any new owner). NH has built his own, half decent, business but he is not in a position to literally throw away a 7 figure sum.
As I said before, time will tell and perhaps those claiming to be in the know will shed some light.

He effectively has - although I'd like to think he feels he's had some value for the money.
Unless there is significant competition to buy us (we wish), he is not not in a strong negotiating position.
If he won't accept a small fraction of the debt in payment, then a buyer can just let us go into administration and negotiate with the administrator instead. If you're the only show in town, you can buy the assets, start a new company and walk away from the debts, a la Wakefield and Bradford.
