Blake was supposed to be out a month but it actually ended being only 2/3 weeks IIRC.

Some players heal quicker than others. Stan was notorious for healing in super quick time, Galea's older and will therefore likely take longer.

Rovers are in fact out of the 8. What has changed for the cocky prediction to unravel so comprehensively? In my view:
Lack of depth in the backs
Over-reliance on Dobson starting to tell
Injuries to some bigger players, like Welham
Bus breaking down
Confidence shattered by FC's surprise win at Fortress MS3CP was a turning point.

Disappointing season. Not finishing in the play offs is a failure. It would have been a total right off if it wasn't for the emergence of Salter, Heil, Peteresen and Griffin along side the continued improvement of Cox and Sheriff.

And being ahead of FC on the scoreboard for about 7 of 240 contested minutes.
