If Taulapapa isn't now joining yourselves, then its no loss. He just isn't up to a standard of rugby any higher than the level of the Championship. He last appeared in the NRL four or five years ago, and was barely even a bit-part player back then. If you were looking to sign anyone from Sheffield, it should have been the other guy, Togagae, who actually looks like he could develop into a top flight player.
