Who were your 2nd rowers in 2007? You would of thought Rovers would have loved to have had a player of Fitz's quality in your side your first year in super league, why turn it down unless he was asking for crazy money or couldn't already fit him in the quota?

Do I sound bitter and Deluded? Good luck to Rovers and there sucess I am pleased for most fans (2000 of them) and they deserved some sucsess (not that you had any yet) who have followed the club through the bad times.

Going on your past record of Bo**olks I will dont think i wontl take your word on this one. It's just that every player will sign Crocker, Berrigan and now Fitzgibbon, according to you Rovers had the chance to sign them but choose not too.

Fizgibbon like most overseas players (like Dobson, who we should have signed) will go where the best deal is, loyalty has more or less gone these days.

Not seen much Scott Wheeldon then this season have you.
Perhaps its the better standard of coaching he is now getting that has seen nothing but continued progression from him since he earnt a 1st team place at Craven Park.

Agree, him and Churchill keep me going, as Cab Man,Bombers Double Chin ,seem to have gone quite,and The Red Avenger has disappeared into the ether.

Dave K is right though, it does not matter how plausible it sounds you are only posting what you say is true.
Unless it is made public by a club official or Fitzgibbon himself then it is rumour.

Pretty similar to John Dixon saying he never said anything of the sort to Justin Morgan about Berrigan, me and my Business partner know what he said but you will never believe the little Rolf Harris wannabe said it to me unless he went on record on the Cleptic Crusaders website saying so.

Never said we could have signed them, only that we chose not to tender an offer to Berrigan's agent.

Crocker originally want to join Clint at Rovers and Fitzgibbon originally wanted to follow in his Father's footsteps - perfectly logical in both cases.

No, it is established what he said to me and Joe, I think it is perfectly obvious he had spoken to Morgan in the past, same as most coaches have spoke or met at some point

Crocker has the same relevance to Hull FC as Craig Fitzgibbon does to Rovers. So why did the OP start the thread?
