Don't think this game is all about the result, in reality we are the underdogs and to win would take a major meltdown by Leigh and an outstanding game by us.
Tomorrow is all about the teams performance and attitude for me. We need to start building for the home games to come and Fev away. (Warrington match will depend on if their already safe)

That doesn't mean I don't want to win, and I'll be there tomorrow full of hope and expectations, but my head says one thing and the heart says another.

I don't think its that cut and dried, the difference between us and a bottom of the table SL side is a fair bit closer than you're making out. I think home advantage will serve Leigh well and a bit more battle hardened but I think it'll be small margins that decide it regardless of score.

It's all about peaking at the right time. Leigh probably just getting by and still not firing on all cylinders,probably the same for KR.

But with each match as we all know in these middle 8's carries a new level of intensity and expectancy. Let's hope we see that tomorrow and it's a cracker.

I couldn't disagree more, it couldnt be more about the result if it tried. Balls to good performance and narrow defeats now, play boring 1 up rugby all you like if it gets us the points from here in. We need to beat 2 SL sides and this is our 1st opportunity, we need to grab it with both hands.

Must admit that our HB combo is giving me nightmares at the mo. Neither Atkin nor Marsh are good enough against SL. Praying Sheens plays Blair at HB. Not flashy but steadies the ship and still has a good kicking game. Then swap in Atkin to change style for short periods.

That would have been an awful game to lose from a team morale point of view

Lunt will rightly take the plaudits but I thought Addy was excellent, very energetic in taking the ball in and acerbic in defence.

We do however, badly need Abdul back and let's hope he hasn't put five stone on in the mean time.

Moss now needs to be told he's our full back.

I actually think we will go through the 8's undefeated now. Apart from Warrington who will be on the sun beds by the time we play today was probably our hardest tie and we have come through with flying colours. It's smart to have Lunt nailed down - a rumour today that Parcell wants to go home and Leeds sniffing but a no go as he is signed up. Astute business.

To play that poorly (in attack) and win away from home is a class effort.

Some classy touches by Heffernan and some good workman like performances across the park. Lawler impressed me.

Leigh were very poor.

I actually thought Atkins looked good when he came on, I would give him a start next time as Elis's game overall was again not good enough in my opinion.

Bit of an understatement Ellis was terrible from his kicking to his hospital passes to killing any momentum we had the win was even more remarkable having him playing for us

Few people saying Leigh were poor but for me it was our defence and fitness in 2nd half that told in the end.Addy smashed Mortimer for 50 minutes and took him out of the game.We won despite Marsh being anonymous and Ellis giving so many 7 tackle sets .Lunt Lawler Addy stood out but lots of hard work across the park.Great result and big step towards promotion
