I don't remember him saying that we ARE a top 4 team or that in 2-3 years we WILL be a top 2 team, just that that's what we aim to be. I don't see that as arrogance, ambitious but not arrogance. FWIW I think Sandy whines way to much but I'm pretty sure if he coached Hull I wouldn't think so.
