IF this cash comes into rovers and it's invested properly (finish off building the stadium, youth development, training facilities, debt clearance) then all power to rovers. All the press has been that £15m will be invested in to rovers, ie, not to buy out the existing owners. I just don't get where it would all go. Let's face it, once the North stand is completed, finish off the east stand. Not point in doing the south end as you'd need to see if gates would warrant it. Debt clearance would be biggest thing, £1m back to Allam, a decent chunk to Hudgel and Crossland. Training facilities, how much would need to be spent?
Conservative estimate, there would still be at least £7-8m left out of the £15m quoted.'"
