Looks like all systems go now with siemens the government are now backing it. Lets get that road connection build that 10 storey hotel and gym facilities and make that south end look special plenty of land for the mother of all car parks.

The government are backing it! Wowser, I knew previously that they obviously were not backing a major investment in the country. This is a monumental opportunity for a new road to CP. Get it built!

We need at least 10 storeys to block out those hurricane force winds that come from that dock end. Without that, being sat in that north end in february, march time will not be a nice experience.

When the other big red tower goes up it might even look like its in the right place too

Looking at that the back of the stand doesnt look like it'd be high enough for exec boxes? maybe the rake of the roof will be high, but it doesnt (at the moment) look deep enough for boxes/restaurants etc..

Yeah. Not only have we built it in the wrong place and wonky but we've also forgotten to build two of the highest cash generating aspects of the project.

When we do the south end we'll probably build a zoo by accident.

If you look at the plans you will see that there is an overhang at the back of the stand.
So there is more to be added yet.

The restaurant and main bar are on the top floor of the West wing
