Very brave effort by the boys yet again. People won't say that Saints only beat us because of our injuries, but in reality, that was the case (including those in the match).

The REALLY annoying thing is the Bulls result. Can't even trust the pie eaters to do the business.

Last season Saints would have gone on and put 50+ points on us so progress there. Could really do without these injuries. Agree that it will be the end for Galea if his injury is in anyway serious..hope not obviously. By the way...the worst Warrington performance I can remember. Smith rested many key players...always glad to see a team get stuffed who do that! No worries against Salford even with 5/6 players injured.

I was at that game. It was a Thursday night. Gary Prohm was immense that night. I also remember speaking to Zook Ema a day or so after the game . He said he spent the first few minutes of the game laughing to himself about a comment Watky made to Mal Meninga in a tackle and Meninga was really poor after that conversation.

Regardless of arriving late, the first 20 odd minutes was an embarrassing spectacle. How much you can blame for the M62 coach issue is unknown, esp as we have form this season for starting games very poorly. But one thing's for sure, the bus didn't miss tackles and make Latus drop the ball etc. We barely put a finger on any Saints player and just sat off them and Saints picked us off. Sadly our comeback was too early this week. By the end we certainly looked the more tired side once Saints got some field position. Close yet so far. Top effort all things considering.
Paea/Murrell had a great impact when they came on. Clinton was vee poor.
