Were I a Rovers fan I'd be terrified of Allam getting ownership of my club. I don't believe for one instant that he has any interest at all in RL, and any move for ownership of either club would have an ulterior motive.

I would be worried if we didn't have Neil Hudgell & Rob Crossland in charge who I believe would only act in the best interest of Hull Kingston Rovers. If this rumour has any substance then those two people would have measures in place to make sure Hull KR are not sold down the river.

Much as I have no time for Hudgell, I agree entirely with what you say. He is very much a Rovers man, unlike Allam who I think is only looking to see what's in it for himself.

I would imagine his story would be something along these lines. This is the bit for me that's a bit strange, however.

He needs the KC to mortgage against to develop the "Sporting Village" around the West Park site. Where will the funds come from for the CP Sporting Village? How much could he borrow against the lands around Caravan Park and could he even borrow against CP itself, as that isn't freehold but, like the KC, has a third party as owner?

If you were a Rovers fan you'd not be quite as down on him, realistically. While his attempts to get the KC were unrealistic and his handling of the media erratic, it was never in any way ominous for us.

Here is my theory allams sum were involved with fc without been noticed,it is not him building the hotel at the side of kr however involved with a lot of things happening with regards to the siemens contract, this is were the hotel comes into it, allam buys kr fc can't play at KC after next season building craven park up to be a much better stadium then Pearson hands over to Assam fc and there goes the merger in two seasons time.....
